The NVIDIA A100 SXM 80GB is the high-memory variant of the Ampere datacenter GPU. It doubles the memory of the original A100 SXM 40GB using HBM2e, delivering 2 TB/s of memory bandwidth. Built on TSMC 7nm, it features 3rd-generation Tensor Cores with TF32, BF16, and INT8 precision support, delivering 312 TFLOPS of tensor performance. The SXM4 form factor enables NVLink 3.0 with 600 GB/s bidirectional bandwidth per link.
